This hotel is a great value for the money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. I stayed in a room with a private terrace that had a stunning view of the sea. The location is right on the beach, in the main area of the resort. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities were all in good condition. The room was comfortable with a good bed.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

Location of Chang Park, proper beach, nice pool, good breakfast buffet Although 70% of the guests are Russian (Russian owned property, under Turkish management), we considered them not to be annoying.
First we booked a bungalow, which were very basic. The bungalows near the street are bothered by loud music until 3am, the ones near the beach are quiet. The rooms in the hotel are very pleasant, and have a great view. These are worth while. Would advice to book a hotel room, not a bungalow.

The staff are professional, thoughtful and considerate. The pool and grounds are lovely and make it easy to relax. The beach is nice. We enjoyed ordering food and drink at the pool, the quality and service was very good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location suited us as there were plenty of places to eat and shop, but it was also easy to get to other parts of the islsnd by taxi.

The hotel is located between White Sand Beach and Lonely Beach, offering a quieter atmosphere away from the crowds. the resort is surrounded by palm trees and has a nice beachfront area, with tree swings and lounge chairs. the staff is excellent, always ready to assist and provide service. the complimentary breakfast offers a variety of Western and Thai foods, catering to different taste buds.
The bungalows need renovation and some amenities are outdated, leaving guests wanting more.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Koh Chang that was right next to the beach, and it was a great find. The location was perfect, with the hotel situated in the main area of the resort, surrounded by the jungle. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room itself was comfortable, with a good bed and attention to detail in its cleanliness. I also enjoyed the breakfast, with a wide selection of dishes to choose from. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Convenient location within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. Beautiful beachfront with great views and lounge chairs.- Friendly and attentive staff who provide excellent service.
Dated and run-down decor throughout the hotel. Filthy rooms with broken fixtures and fittings.

The wifi worked super well, available in rooms and by the pool/beach. AC was really good. Staff spoke excellent English, super friendly. The pool was great- warm, cooler, shallow, jacuzzi. Beach beautiful, perfect for sunset. Bar not overpriced, reasonably priced drinks. Friendly pet cats.
Almost perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Right on the beach, it provided beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The location was ideal, close to the beach but still a bit secluded, giving us the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a large swimming pool and a well-maintained private beach. The cleanliness of the rooms and the daily service impressed us. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and catered to different tastes. The parking available at the hotel was plentiful, making our stay hassle-free.
Nothing for us.

Our romantic escape was made perfect with the stunning sea views we enjoyed from our room and the beautiful infinity pool. the hotel was conveniently located near water activities which we enjoyed. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The room could have used some updates and maintenance. Food options were limited.
